Description

Jorgie Ramos was always passionate about cooking but found great success in real estate. He built up his net worth to over 7 figures, but shortly after the 2008 crisis - he became homeless.

Now, he runs Miami's favorite Vice City Pizza, Cebada Rooftop in Coral Gables, and has a new project coming to South Miami soon.

Tune in to listen to his story about how he found the perfect opportunity, borrowed money to buy his first restaurant equipment at a deal, lessons from opening and shutting down a few restaurants, and the reality of the restaurant business. Enjoy!
