Alice is a remarkable woman who has made it her mission to revolutionize the way menstrual health and hygiene is handled in Kenya. Menstruation in Kenya, and many other countries, creates issues from school absenteesim to infection and even death. Alice is tackling this issue head on to ensure no girl or woman ever suffers in these ways again, Through her organziation, she has dedicated herself to providing education and sustainable and environmentally friendly washable pads to women and girls in Kenya. Her determination and motivation to make a difference have enabled her to not only create job opportunities for women but also inspire young girls to embrace their femininity and be proud of who they are.
