Weston Hiebert is former Kansas State football player who fits the prototypical mold of the Bill Snyder system. Growing up in small town Goessel, Kansas, Weston learned hard work and values on the farm that have stayed with him throughout his life. His work ethic and effort took him from walk-on to captain during his stint at Kansas State. Since finishing college, he has returned back to his hometown to help on the farm and to work in the agricultural industry.
