About Ifey:
Ifey Ihonor is a doctor-turned herbalist, and the founder of the online cacao and plant medicine apothecary 8 Within.
Ifey fell in love with cacao after a transformative experience drinking authentic Mayan cacao in a Costa Rican jungle while travelling the world learning about herbal medicine from native teachers.
She can now be found creating mind-elevating plant-medicine-infused cacao and helping others learn about the transformative powers of cacao through experiential events.
