Junna Tsukii is a Filipina-Japanese martial artist who represents the Philippines in Women's Karate in the 50 Kg division. She has been with the Philippine Karate Team since 2017. Last year, she won Gold at the 50kg Kumite at the 2019 Manila SEA Games. We touched base with her to know more about her story and how she became part of the Karate National Team. In this episode, we also asked her about the controversial open letter that she wrote as a Facebook post regarding an incident that happened during the SEA Games between her and the Karate Team's head coach. That and more in this yet again, very interesting episode.
