A worldwide phenomenon, Celsius is the late runner that took over the world. In session 3 of our series on temperature, we learn which few countries still use the Fahrenheit scale, who Anders Celsius was, and how his temperature scale became an international standard. In the end, we decide if it is time for the United States to join the world in embracing Celsius.
