Moose then presents his special 2-year barrel-aged rum made with a funky Jamaican process called "dunder" to maximize the distinct "hogo" flavors. The group samples this alongside Worthy Park 109 rum from Jamaica, comparing tasting notes of tropical fruits, maple, coconut and more.
