Rhysa is a health and wellness mentor and coach with a background in occupational therapy and specializes in helping people learn to manage their stress to improve all areas of their life, including health and fitness. I am passionate about helping people have a better understanding of why they become stressed and then how we can use our senses to actually regulate stress in an impactful way.
