Thanks for tuning into DCS Pathways! I’m Kevin Patton, pathways counselor for Dublin City Schools. After 11 years as a school counselor at Dublin Coffman, I’m excited to step into this new role that allows me to focus on helping students and families in our district with creating school experiences that foster self-discovery and career exploration, all in an effort to help them make more informed decisions about which path to choose after high school. The purpose of this podcast is to highlight and explain the many opportunities available through our HS programs and pathways while also shedding light on the various post-secondary options related to what we call the 4 E’s - Education, Employment, Enlistment, and Entrepreneurship.
