Joe is a NLP certified coach and a certified trainer and coach in the BANK methodology. He has been a Real Estate professional for over 35 years. He is the owner of Kavanagh Appraisal Co and the co-founder and CEO of C and J coaching. He’s also a Certified International Property Specialist and a Global Ambassador. For enjoyment Joe plays tennis, bicycle rides, hiking, gardening and any outdoor fun activity. He also loves to travel and frequently makes trips to Ireland, where he was born.
