Matt is an early-stage Co-founder, Coach, and Fractional COO in the Kansas City Metro Area where he lives with his wife and their three children. When he's not working, you'll find him on an adventure with his family, on the golf course with his buddies, or in the basement messing around on the drums or piano.
In his 20s, Matt worked as a caddy at Pebble Beach Golf Club in Carmel, CA. It was there that he first realized how much he loved the role of advisor and coach. From there, he wanted to use those skills professionally so he became a financial advisor in Portland, OR. Then in 2013, he co-founded the mortgage technology company, Pre-Approve Me, where he stepped in as COO and helped build the business from the ground up.
These days, Matt enjoys coming alongside visionary Founders and CEOs to help them run their businesses more effectively, scale them up for success, and find the freedom they always hoped their business would provide. Matt loves working with big thinkers and growth-minded leaders ready to take their business to the next level.
