Michel Sharritt is an entrepreneur, speaker, and networking leader with a passion for business and user experience. She earned a degree in Behavioral Psychology from the University of Hawaii, Manoa, where she launched her first business, Hawaii Finance Management, assisting physicians with financial management.
In 2008, she and her husband, Dr. Matthew Sharritt, founded Situated Research, a usability firm focused on optimizing user experiences for software, video games, and websites. Their success led to the creation of CueCamp, a digital marketing agency specializing in web design, SEO, and branding.
Michel has also built seven networking groups in Chicagoland and serves as the President and Director of an AmSpirit Referral Group in Naperville, helping local businesses connect and grow. She is a nationally recognized speaker on web design, marketing, and SEO, and hosts the Windy City Biz Podcast, where she interviews local business owners.
Outside of work, Michel enjoys spending time with her husband of 20 years, their 9-year-old twins, and their dog, Sadie. She loves wine, the outdoors, and growing gourmet mushrooms. Passionate about connection and community, she thrives on helping others succeed both professionally and personally.
