Traci is a life coach whose greatest passion is guiding people who face struggles because of neurodiversity to find success. During her time in the world of education, she used scientific methods to teach students with dyslexia to read, helped students with dyscalculia grapple with the abstract concepts of math, or worked with students who have ADHD to find strategies that empowered them to thrive.
As she learned more about executive functioning and it’s impact on every area of life, she decided to shift her focus from the school setting to working directly with women who own businesses and feel lost or overwhelmed to help them thrive in every area of their lives. The extensive experience that she has coupled with an intensive coaches’ training program at JST provide a unique perspective and set of tools that help her clients find the best ways to manage executive functioning skills.
