He has built a portfolio career that includes roles as both a permanent employee and a self-employed professional. Johann’s hybrid experience encompasses client-side work, consulting, software vendor engagements, and freelancing, showcasing his versatility and broad expertise.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, Johann founded his own business in 1998, ventured into the dot-com space with several startups, and eventually transitioned into freelance project management within IT services. He holds an MBA from a UK business school, further solidifying his strategic and leadership credentials.
Johann is married and has two daughters—26-year-old Hannah and 22-year-old Naomi, whose journey with complex special educational needs has brought unique perspectives and experiences to his family life.
