He uses his quote "people are more capable than they give themselves credit for" to demonstrate how people are limiting themselves without realizing it. The first step to change is becoming aware and that's what he loves to do.
Wils is 53 (and counting), happily married and has 2 adopted boys. They were the inspiration to start his entrepreneurial journey back in 2015 and he loves every minute of it.
