Aimee Rossini is a physical therapist and health and wellness coach, running CAMP Health and Wellness. At CAMP, she offers a 1-on-1 coaching program designed to help individuals with chronic diseases transform their health management. This program aims to maximize their quality of life and reduce the energy spent on medical care within 16 weeks.
Aimee earned her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Kentucky before moving into the Physical Therapy program at UK, where she completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. With 12 years of experience as a PT, including the past 8 years in the home health industry, she has worked with hundreds of clients dealing with a variety of chronic diseases.
As a health coach, Aimee focuses on supporting and guiding clients in nutrition, fitness, stress management, and overall well-being. She adopts a holistic approach that addresses physical, mental, and emotional health. By exploring personalized strategies and creating actionable plans tailored to each individual’s lifestyle, she helps clients achieve their health goals while finding balance and joy along the way.
