Katrina Rogers is a movement educator, international Blues dance instructor, and founder of Move With Ease, a space where people come to reconnect with their bodies and feel strong on their own terms. She’s been training clients since 2007, bringing together her background as an athlete, track and field coach, and former HR professional to create practices that are both powerful and deeply human.

Katrina is the creator of Start With Ease, an online program designed to help people build a movement foundation without pressure or perfection. She also leads a Blues performance team and teaches around the world, blending rhythm, mobility, and community into everything she does.
