She helps people understand that the body is designed to heal itself and by giving it what it needs, the body can be rejuvenated and healed.
People often believe that taking a pill or some form of treatment will magically make them healthy again. However if the goal is to restore a person to optimal health, we need to go to the root cause or the underlying problem of that condition and not just treat the symptoms. Brenda helps people understand this in a simple way so that they can incorporate it into their lives.
Research is now connecting good gut health or lack of it to what Hippocrates said 2500 years ago that “all disease begins in the gut.” If your digestion goes out of whack, the entire body can be affected.
That’s why Brenda focuses first on the process of digestion so that the body can get the nourishment or fuel it needs for energy, growth and cell repair.
