As a busy mom of five boys, a wife, and a full-time entrepreneur, Andreya has built multiple body coaching businesses from the ground up. Over the years, she has helped countless women who are struggling with the challenges of menopause—from weight gain to hormonal imbalances—women who feel trapped in their own bodies.
As a Menopause Weight Loss Coach and Nutrition Expert, Andreya has seen firsthand how poor health, stress, and unhappiness can take a toll on well-being. And she truly understands because she’s been there too.
In the past, Andreya would spend hours working out and trying every fad diet, only to end up feeling worse. Despite her dedicated efforts, the results were always fleeting, and the energy she invested never lasted. Like many women facing menopause, Andreya experienced the frustration of not seeing lasting changes. She was ashamed of her body and often skipped fun events simply because she didn’t feel comfortable in her clothes.
