Serena is a seasoned 20-year fitness guru who has produced weight loss shows like Extreme Weight Loss on ABC, The Biggest Loser, and many others. A former professional softball player, she overcame adversity after undergoing four arm surgeries and being told she would never play again.
Determined to heal, Serena dove into nutrition and learned how food could heal the body. After 18 months of rehab, she made an incredible comeback, earning All-American honors, Big 12 Player of the Year, and setting records in the Big 12 conference before being drafted out of college. This marked the beginning of her passion for nutrition and training.
Serena is committed to helping women build muscle, boost confidence, and overcome life's adversities while slowing the aging process through weight training. She offers 8- and 12-week strength programs, both online and in-person, along with accountability groups that focus on helping women feel better from the inside out.
As an ex-professional athlete, Big 12 Player of the Year, and Gatorade Player of the Year for the state of Washington, Serena knows what it takes to be disciplined, determined, and hardworking. She is a self-starter, a quick learner, and dedicated to getting the job done.
