She understands this journey well, as she has been living with Multiple Sclerosis for over three decades, since the age of 15. Her bespoke process was created as a way to uncover the simple steps we can each take towards healing.
In her free time she loves to read all about ancient history and travel to the majestic mountains or the peaceful beaches.
