Justin Willoughby developed anxiety and panic disorder at the age of 14. This led him to become shackled in fear. Fear led him to inactivity. On top of his lack of activity, Justin also had a food addiction. He used food to cope with his anxiety disorder. With inactivity and an abundance of food, Justin ballooned up to 799bs at the age of 16. Feeling hopeless, Justin turned to his faith and self-discipline needed to lose a total of 600 lbs. Justin now shares his story with others to help them overcome addictions, fear, and weight struggles. Justin is a motivational speaker, author, and health coach with 600 Pounds Down.
