Prudence is a Pelvic Health Expert, Speaker, Co-author, Coach and Practitioner and guides women to reconnect with their bodies and enjoy a life without pelvic floor concerns.
Prudence previously as a trained Registered Nurse and Midwife and has been in business for the past 10 years as a Pilates Instructor and began a deeper journey with guiding women to heal 3 yrs ago. Being in business both in person and online connects Prudence with hundreds of women who desire to up-level their life experience through taking care of their pelvic health.
Prudence has been married to her husband for 24 yrs, and is a mother to 4 grown children.
Connecting deeply with humanity through conversation and simply listening to people talk about their life is one of Prudence's favourite past times. She lives on the Sunshine Coast Qld, and loves to walk in nature, swim in the ocean and hang out with her puppy dog at the beach.
