Ciriaca Yolanda is a Certified Health Coach whose mission is to Redefine Aging for the Seasoned Sister, by helping her see in the mirror, the person she’s always envisioned in her mind she would be.
Ciriaca enables that women to experience health breakthroughs right NOW. She has taken on the moniker of: The Anti-Aging DISRUPTOR because that’s what she is here to do!
She coaches women to choose Healthspan and not just Lifespan. Ciriaca is a 70+ year young grandma of 2 young boys, who believes that NOW is the best stage of life and is passionate about throwing out the outdated stereotypes of aging and truly Redefining Aging in our lives and society.
In addition, Ciriaca has recently embarked on working with local small to mid-size businesses in her hometown of Santa Barbara, CA, where she offers holistic employee wellness programs. She believes a. healthy workforce is the ideal formula for a thriving business.
The 3 tenets of Ciriaca’s work are Mindfulness, Purposeful Movement, and Way of Eating, which are intertwined in all her coaching programs and speaking engagements.
Ciriaca Yolanda is a co-author in a recently published Amazon Best Seller anthology, Reflections on Aging, where she wrote the chapter entitled, Choosing Healthspan and not just Lifespan.
