Lucia Tiffany is a Blue Zone native and the founder of 3-D Health LLC. She has authored three plant-based cookbooks. Her passion is supporting professional women working in the field of healthcare, to reverse prediabetes and diabetes using holistic, lifestyle, interventions so that they can keep their eyes, kidneys and limbs while enjoying the more abundant life.
She has been involved in lifestyle education for over 50 years and is Certified Lifestyle Coach and member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Her health education and plant based cooking shows have been featured on 3ABN (global Christian TV network) in English, Spanish and French and she has worked internationally and culturally on several continents.
