With a background as an Occupational Therapist, Michele has always been passionate about helping others find harmony and balance in their lives.
Inspired by the beautiful chaos of her own journey, she is now on a mission to support women as they navigate menopause. Outside of running her business, Michele is a devoted wife and mom of three, juggling family life and work while embracing the wild, sometimes comical, ride of perimenopause.
