Patrick has been sober and in recovery since the age of 19. After nearly 20 years of sobriety, years of therapy, reading self-help books, and going on spiritual journeys, Patrick still felt like the young, wounded child of my youth; consumed with self-hate, pessimism, insecurities, anger issues, and constantly worrying about everything.
While attending a live event that he discovered through a podcast, Patrick admitted to a room full of people that he doesn't love himself and don't understand why. He was introduced to new material that has completely shifted his life over the past 2 years. He learned what has been at the root of his self-destructive actions along with uncovering the exact nature of misguided beliefs.
Patrick is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner who has transitioned to personal coaching. He has 6 years of experience working in substance abuse treatment. His mission is to provide men with a new structured process and a safe place where they can be vulnerable. He helps men riddled with self-hate, worry, and insecurity, transform self-destructive patterns, so they can experience self-love, respect, and joy.
