Victoria Ann Spencer-Kibble is an ex-Flight Supervisor, turned Clinical Rapid Hypnotherapist & flew during the 9/11 era, so there's not much she hasn't seen or dealt with. There are lots of tools & techniques to help you depending on your level of anxiety, but sometimes unresolved trauma will need to be addressed to overcome the root cause of your fear of flying permanently.
You need to go subconsciously to find the real reason for your stress & trauma. You will probably come across emotional memories, events, and times that formed your first belief about your fear of flying. All our beliefs are formed before the age of 8 years. (Victoria was a teacher after she was widowed young, which ended her flying career.)
Hence, Victoria understands how our young emotional mind holds all our answers, subconsciously. It can start with a memory of a book, a film, an off-the-cuff comment, a bullying incident, a sibling argument, and the list is endless. You can then reframe your fear of flying belief... subconsciously. The conscious mind (logical mind) won't reframe a subconscious mind (emotional mind) belief, habit of thought, and overthinking. But you absolutely can get over your Fear of Flying.
