Gina is a corporate wellness & stress reduction coach dedicated to helping professionals reduce stress and overwhelm into fuel for a successful career using her integrated approach of yin yoga, meditation, nourishment and aromatherapy. Her journey toward health began when she discovered she was in renal failure, leading to a life-saving kidney transplant 30 years ago. This experience inspired her to prioritize good health, particularly in managing stress.
Gina has practiced yoga for several years and is a Level II Reiki practitioner. Through extensive research and personal health challenges, she has embraced a holistic lifestyle that integrates both body and mind. She utilizes various holistic modalities, including yin yoga, meditation, nourishment, and essential oils, to help her clients gain more energy and focus, improve sleep, reduce brain fog, and alleviate fatigue.
Gina is a self-proclaimed wellness enthusiast, a lifelong learner, and enjoys writing, traveling, photography, and hiking.
