She has 15 years of experience in HR, recruitment, people management, organizational development, and strategic operations. She has partnered with dozens of companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100’s throughout the country to help tailor talent acquisition strategies, train teams, design programs, and launch new businesses. After several years in corporate, Alli stepped away to pursue her dream of being a stay-at-home, but she wanted to continue helping others with her field of expertise.
In 2018, Alli launched Buffalo Diamond Consulting, an HR consulting firm designed to help individuals and small business owners transform their careers and businesses to align with their dreams and goals. She is known for her ability to help professionals make successful career transitions into positions they want with salaries they deserve. Alli has guided over 10,000 professionals from various levels, industries, and backgrounds along their career journey. She has also built the bridge between corporate hiring managers and quality talent, and through that, she has developed a unique understanding of what resumes and interview skills are required to win the job!
Alli is passionate about helping others identify next steps, strategically position careers, and truly prepare with the resources needed to confidently approach the job search. In efforts to impact more individuals with her career coaching and resume writing knowledge, Alli is launching Confident Career Transition this fall, which is an online self-guided course with challenging career re-entries and transitions.
