Welcome to 75. In this episode, I talked with Spencer Mapes. He is the Director at the U.S. Open Beer Championship. We discussed the history of the Open and all the different categories they run for the beer championships. We met at Sonder Brewing in Mason, Ohio, drinking a couple of beers that won medals this year. It was a fun conversation and a great learning experience about a beer competition.
