President Biden announced he would postpone his planned trip to Germany and Angola to stay at the White House to monitor Hurricane Milton, and made federal action to assist those in need. The FBI have arrested an Afghan man who officials say was plotting an Election Day attack targeting large crowds in the U.S. and was inspired by the Islamic State militant organization. The Supreme Court signaled on Tuesday that it was likely to uphold Biden's administration to regulate “ghost gun” kits, which allow people to build deadly weapons at home while avoiding current regulations. Due to a new Senate Democratic report, new findings concerning the investigation of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh were unveiled. Senator Mitt Romney said he wouldn't endorse Kamala Harris as he hopes to keep his voice in the Republican party, following this election.
