Robert Collin has taught, researched and published in law, social work and urban and environmental planning for over 40 years. He has also been appointed to advisory commissions by 3 state governors and 3 presidents, published many law reviews, and 9 volumes of encyclopedias, some with his wife Robin Morris Collin. His new book, “The Climate Adaptation Generation” was awarded the best climate change book in the US for 2025 and Accepted for consideration for the 2025 Pulitzer Prize.
