Today, I'm continuing my conversation on Gen X and ageism. For episode 29, I interviewed Craig Zamboni, a US Army Veteran, adjunct professor, and Chief of Government Affairs for Akin, about the challenges Gen X faces in the workplace and how we can try to navigate the ageism we are now facing.

Craig Zamboni is an entrepreneur, business coach/consultant, and college professor. With two decades of experience, Craig has navigated the landscapes of Fortune 100 public corporations, private companies, and dynamic startup enterprises. Craig's journey began with humble beginnings, hailing from Nanty Glo, PA, a small coal mining town in western PA. He is the first generation in his family not to be a coal miner and the first to attend college. As a US Army Service-Disabled Veteran, his impressive background is matched by an extensive academic foundation.

Craig holds an ALM in Sustainability and two graduate certificates from Harvard University, an MS in Astrophysics/Space Science from APUS, and a BS in Biology/Biochemistry from Towson. Furthermore, he boasts executive business and continuing education certificates from renowned institutions such as Harvard Business School, Dartmouth, Duke, Stanford, and Wharton.

Craig is a successful entrepreneur and consultant with specialized expertise in the water/energy nexus, environmental sustainability, and the intricate domains of space environment, propulsion systems, and launch vehicles. He is also at the forefront of the latest developments in advanced AI and ML models, as well as assistive robotic technologies, applied across various business sectors and industries. His diverse background has enabled him to serve in a range of scientific, business, and executive leadership roles, consistently providing a holistic approach to complex challenges.

Throughout his career, Craig's life mission has been to both advocate for and spearhead frontier affordable and accessible technologies.
