On Day 11 of our 12 Days of Christmas teaching series, we reflect on the danger surrounding Jesus’ early life. When King Herod sought to destroy Him, God intervened, warning Joseph in a dream to flee to Egypt. This story shows how God protects His plans and provides care for His children even in the midst of chaos.
Connecting this to 1 Peter 5:7—“Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you”—we are reminded that God’s love and protection extend to us, no matter what challenges we face. Just as He cared for Jesus and His family, He watches over us and calls us to trust Him completely.
