Drippin’ water hollows out stone, not through force, but through persistence.
I’ve never been THE best at anything. I’d didn’t finish first in my class or win a championship in anything I played or competed at. I didn’t get a 4.0 in college or pass the CPA exam the first time.
What I have is, persistence.
Persistence to start my CPA practice at age 25 and still maintain it to this day, going strong at 23 years so far.
Persistence to leave home at age 17 with 6 boxes of everything I owned, never to return with my only option being to succeed at supporting myself, going to college in my own dime to learn something that could get me a j-o-b.
Persistence has made who I am.
I’d love to share more with you in this podcast as share a little bit more on how persistence has been key for me, JJ THE CPA.
