Regan Caruthers has a diverse and impressive biography. She is a spiritual teacher, life coach & is a trauma informed yoga 500 RYT instructor. Regan’s past experiences are impressive, including the time she spent leading HeartMath retreats for the Institute of HeartMath in Boulder Creek, CA.
