In this lesson, Elder Mike Scheuber will discuss the theme of recognizing Jesus.
Not through His physical appearance, which Scripture doesn’t describe, but through the testimonies, reactions, and faith of those who encountered Him. From John the Baptist identifying Him as the Lamb of God, to the woman at the well, the centurion at the crucifixion, and even Thomas after the resurrection, we see various ways people came to recognize Jesus as the Son of God. By examining these encounters, we’re challenged to ask ourselves whether we truly recognize Jesus today through Scripture, faith, and our own response to His sacrifice.
