Episode 5: Body Image Basics

This episode, I bring on my first guest, Julie Norman, a Body Empowerment Coach. And since we have so much to talk about, we decided to do a series together!

In this introductory episode, we talk about all things bodies. We outline all the topics we will discuss in this series such as: our relationships with food and our bodies, body image, diet culture, weight stigma, movement/exercise, anti fat bias/fatphobia. And, how we can attain embodiment, peaceful body image and an authentic, healthy relationship with food, exercise and our bodies. Join us to learn more, and to unlearn, some of the old myths that diet culture will have us believe to be true.
