Kristina is a SubTo Mastermind/Leader and Astro Flipping student, known for her resilience and passion for helping others in the real estate community.
Kristina's journey into real estate began right before Covid-19 in 2019, while she was running an organic farm and doing gig work. She quickly transitioned into real estate investing, learning through "YouTube University" and joining a mentorship in creative finance. Despite facing significant challenges, including the loss of her father and overcoming a major setback with a project manager, Kristina has persevered. She is now focused on helping distressed homeowners and converting a motel into affordable housing. Kristina also has ambitious plans to raise capital for wellness-focused retreats.
