Kevin is an executive wellness coach, real estate investor, and outdoor enthusiast. He runs Rubicon100, a company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and CEOs live an alcohol-free life. Kevin buys raw land to develop or flip and invests in multifamily housing.
Kevin's journey in real estate began in 2009 as a W2 employee for the Missoula Housing Authority, where he helped bring several hundred new units online through Bristlecone Development Co. He has also worked in software, services, product development, and coaching, being involved in multiple 7 and 8 figure companies. Kevin is a member of the Subto community.
