In this episode we bring back Erika Hope Bradley for a part II as she shares her story of her own battle with PTSD as a survivor of domestic violence. She is a military wife of 11 years, community advocate, non-profit founder, and mother of 3. As a survivor of domestic violence she encourages military spouses to be unapologetically transparent about their struggles. Encouraging kindness, self- care, and community involvement as a coping mechanism for the unique challenges of their lifestyle. She believes raising awareness by Boldly sharing the military community's stories can help bridge the gap between our service families and the American public.
