Marcella Desjarlais is an indigenous mother to three beautiful adult daughters and she is also a gramma or Lola, as she is called by her 5 amazingly wonderful grandchildren.Marcella is an activist, leader, national leadership trainer, event planner, public speaker and she was also an Independent Candidate in the 2020 provincial elections and a federal candidate under the PPC party in 2021. She ran against Jagmeet Singh! Marcella joined me to chat about growing up in the foster child system and how she was able to make a better life for her own children, as well as giving us valuable tips on how we can live more authentic, fulfilling lives.
