In this weeks episode I am joined by the beautiful Cassie Skinner from @nourishwith.cass Cass is a Women's Health Nutritionist and specialises in supporting women and mums to nourish their body , mind and spirit through understanding the foundations of nutrition and re-writing their relationship with food and their bodies!

There was soooo much value in this episode and Cass shared lots of knowledge that is so supportive for women and mums, juggling all of the hats in life and business!
