In this episode Joy and Laura break down season 3 episode 14 “Long Distance Call”. Sam and Dean investigate cases where people receive phone calls from deceased loved ones, and Dean gets a call from someone claiming to be their dad, who says he can get Dean out of his deal with the crossroads demon.
Laura didn’t really like this episode and we discuss why; and Joy doesn’t like how Dean is being written at the moment.
We also discuss why Dean believes John is calling him at the same time as investigating other passed loved ones communicating with family members, is it just wishful thinking?; and we reminisce about landline phones.
