On this third Sunday of Advent, we consider the theme of joy. When Mary visits Elizabeth, she sings a beautiful song reflecting on God's goodness! It gives us cause to ponder how joyful our lives are. For Christians, our joy is wrapped up in the Lord, not our circumstances. Joy, as one author put it, is "the emotion of salvation."
