Nehemiah 2 begins with movement.
After months on his knees, Nehemiah now stands before the king. His grief is visible, his fear is real, and the risk is enormous. Yet this moment reveals what prayer has been preparing all along. Prayer was never the destination. It was the pathway. In this week’s message, Pastor Brian reminds us that genuine prayer doesn’t end with an “amen.” It steps forward in obedience, trusting that the God who hears us in private is already at work in public.
