I believe now more than ever is a time for a pure part of ourselves to awaken and embrace our natural gifts and bring them forth into the world. For women to cultivate authentic self expression and an empowering sense of fulfillment not based on external conditions but from deep within.
Using timeless Spiritual principles, Nature as our teacher and living from our truth, we will create real change not only in ourselves but those around us.
Throughout this solo episode I share with you why I created this podcast, what my intention is going forward and give you a little bit about my background and how it led me to where I am now.
Through the various chapters of my life I have ultimately learned rather than searching outside myself for completion or validation from others, the thing that matters most comes from the inside. Self-care of my mind body and soul became a priority and self-love was crucial.
