Description

You probably know Cole Hammer as the kid that played in the 2015 US Open at age 15, a 2-time Walker Cupper, and NCAA Champion, Western Amateur Champion, and much more. What you probably didn't know is that he has a deep passion for and knowledge of golf course architecture that he enjoys alongside his competitive endeavors.

It's always fun to get a pro talking about something within the game that they are passionate about that we wouldn't necessarily know at face value, and that is exactly what we are having Cole on to discuss today. We talk DERT first, of course, before getting into a chat about how he became interested in GCA, some of his favorite courses from a competitive standpoint  as well as an architectural standpoint. Some of his opinions on the future of the game and how architecture applies to that at the highest levels, and much more.

We hope you all enjoy this chat and as always we truly appreciate your support!

Cheers,
