Each of us has a different role to play in the mosaic of life. Some of us are meant to be in the trenches. Others are meant to weave from the outside. We’re all playing in the same field. We’re all equal, yet some of us are Gods and others are simply pawns in the divine play of life. I would argue that founders fall into the former category. Not all founders, though. Only exceptional ones.
